Quotes and estimates

Quotes are free, written, and prepared after a site visit. A quote is an estimate based on what we can see and measure; if conditions below the surface differ materially (for example, buried debris, unstable soil, or unmarked utilities), we will tell you before any extra cost is incurred. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless the quote says otherwise.

Concrete is weather-dependent. Pour dates are scheduled in good faith and may move for temperature, precipitation, or supplier availability; we communicate changes as soon as we know. Our team never visits a property without prior confirmation from the property owner.
